In Kathmandu, an individual has been arrested on allegations of sending people to South Korea for foreign employment and deceiving them. The arrested person is identified as Om Prakash Chaudhary, a 29-year-old resident of Sunwal Municipality in Rupandehi district. The police have informed that Chaudhary was apprehended in Kathmandu and has been sent to the Department of Foreign Employment for legal action.
It has been revealed that Chaudhary defrauded three victims of a total of NPR 1,692,000. The authorities are taking necessary steps to investigate the case further and ensure that justice is served. This incident sheds light on the importance of regulating foreign employment practices to protect individuals from falling victim to such fraudulent schemes.
