“Advice to Journalists’ Union on Building Reputation”

A widely accepted saying goes, ‘The morning indicates the day.’ Recently, the Nepal Journalists Association has elected a new executive committee to lead the organization. The election, which took place on Mangsir 28, marked a significant shift in leadership within the journalist community in Nepal.

The newly elected committee is expected to bring fresh perspectives and initiatives to the forefront of journalism in the country. With a mandate to uphold journalistic integrity and promote press freedoms, the new leadership faces the challenge of navigating an ever-evolving media landscape.

Ramesh Khatri, representing Kansai Nepal News, believes that the appointment of the new committee marks a crucial moment for the journalism sector in Nepal. He emphasizes the importance of promoting ethical journalism practices and fostering a culture of transparency within media organizations. Khatri also highlights the need for journalists to adapt to technological advancements and changing audience preferences to stay relevant in the digital age.
