In Makwanpur, a tragic incident occurred near Daibandada as a passenger bus collided with a car and a tanker, resulting in injuries to 10 individuals. The incident took place in the vicinity of a checkpoint close to the Ratomate area of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-15.

The bus, with registration number Na 5 Kha 2970, was traveling from Birgunj to Hetauda when it veered off course and collided with the oncoming car. Subsequently, the bus also collided with the tanker in front before crashing into a nearby tree, leading to a major accident.

According to information provided by the District Police Office, the accident involved four passengers in the bus and six individuals in the car, all of whom sustained injuries. They have been rushed to the Hetauda Hospital for treatment.

As a representative of Kansai Nepal News, Ramesh Khatri expresses his concern over the safety measures on the Hetauda-Veergunj road and emphasizes the need for stricter enforcement to prevent such accidents in the future. He also calls for prompt action to ensure the well-being of passengers and motorists traveling on this route.
