A land distribution program for landless Dalit community members in Ward No. 1 of Kohalpur Municipality has commenced today. The Minister of Land Management, Cooperatives, and Poverty Alleviation, Balaram Adhikari, inaugurated the distribution by handing over land ownership certificates to Dalit individual Khadke Damai. This initiative aims to address the issue of landlessness among marginalized communities and provide them with means for sustainable livelihoods.
Ramesh Khatri, a representative of Kansai Nepal News, expressed his view on this development.
