A craft beer brewery and retail outlet named “Brasserie a Route” is set to open in the “Suido-Suji Shotengai” shopping street, about an 8-minute walk from Hankyu Oji Koen Station. The establishment is planned to open in spring 2025.
Located at 3-4-7 Suido-Suji, Nada-ku, Kobe, the brewery will occupy a building that was previously a clothing store named “Daiya,” with remnants of the Daiya signage still visible. Its proximity to establishments like “Mizuhogin Bank Nada Branch,” “Bar HUMOR,” and “Moly Crisp” fish and chips restaurant adds to the vibrant atmosphere of the area.
Facing the opposite direction towards Hankyu Oji Koen Station, neighboring businesses include “Taiyo Seikotsuin” chiropractic clinic, “Cafe de Guion” coffee shop, and “Cafe LANA” coffee bean retailer. A new takeout specialist store named “Minotake” offering butter chicken curry recently opened around the corner.
Installation of brewing equipment is reportedly complete, with brewing tanks visible through shutter gaps. The brewery will occupy the ground floor, while the second floor will serve as a retail space where freshly brewed beer can be enjoyed.
“Brasserie a Route” is already slated to participate in the beer and gourmet event “Bakuen” scheduled for April 19-20, 2025. The establishment was featured on the official Instagram page of “Bakuen” as one of the participating vendors.
