“Government Decision to Pass Legislation Through ‘Fast Track’ Process”

The government has recently decided to pass an ordinance through the ‘Fast Track’ process. This decision was made during the Cabinet meeting held on Tuesday, which informed about the ordinance to be passed through the fast track in the upcoming parliamentary session starting from Magh 18.

According to the Minister of Communication and Information Technology, Mr. Prithvi Subba Gurung, the ordinance issued by the President has been registered at the Parliament Secretariat, and a decision has been made to formulate regulations for its implementation.

Minister Gurung highlighted that the government’s constitutional authority to issue ordinances based on necessity has been utilized to address governance enhancement and economic issues through this ordinance. The Cabinet meeting also decided to observe various programs, including celebrating ‘Martyrs’ Day’.
