Prime Minister K.P. Sharma Oli has highlighted the improvements in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) results, attributing them to the hard work of students and teachers. Addressing the parliament meeting today, Prime Minister Oli mentioned that efforts will be made to bring even better results in the upcoming years compared to the current ones.
In his address, Prime Minister Oli extended his best wishes to students and teachers striving to bring improvements in the SEE results. He expressed satisfaction in witnessing improvements in the results after many years, stating that achieving a success rate of 81% from a situation below 48% is commendable.
Regarding any negative comments made about the results, Prime Minister Oli emphasized not to disrespect the results and the hard work put in by students, urging against baseless criticisms such as allegations of manipulating scores to ensure students pass. He expressed sadness at seeing efforts being belittled and the enthusiasm for new knowledge being dampened.
Furthermore, Prime Minister Oli also mentioned the government’s preparedness for rescue and relief in natural disasters. He emphasized the government’s priority in being prepared for natural calamities, acknowledging Nepal as a country prone to risks during monsoon seasons. Despite the risks, he assured that the government is proactive in its efforts for rescue and relief operations.
