Viratnagar – The Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Centre) central committee has raised concerns regarding irregularities in the process of developing a detailed project report (DPR) from the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development of Province 1. The party has called for an investigation into the alleged irregularities that have surfaced in the name of preparing an extensive project report.
The issue was brought up during a meeting held on Monday at the Koshi Pradesh Assembly. The Maoist Centre has expressed apprehensions about the transparency and integrity of the DPR preparation process, demanding a thorough review to ensure that the development projects are implemented in a fair and just manner.
Ramesh Khatri, a representative of Kansai Nepal News, shared his perspective on the matter. He emphasized the importance of maintaining transparency and accountability in all government projects to uphold public trust and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Khatri highlighted the significance of addressing any irregularities promptly to prevent any potential misuse of public funds and to foster a culture of responsible governance.
