The entire movie was filmed on location in Kobe, capturing the essence of the city within its scenes.
The theme song, “Listen to Me a Little,” was written by the lead actress of the film, Miou Tomita. The song reflects her experiences and encounters in the city of Kobe. In the music video, Tomita revisits the Nagata Ward, where she spent significant time during the filming, reconnecting with the people who supported the production. Scenes include her visit to the “Shitamachi Cafe Azuki” and the local residential areas, including the Marugo Market, familiar to Nagata Ward residents.
