A recent event in Bardibas, led by Jeevanath Pokharel ‘JB’, aimed to spread the message of art, culture preservation, and healthy lifestyle through the completion of the ‘Madhesh-Mahabharat Ultimate Motorcycle Journey’. The journey, which began on Jestha 9 from Bardibas, concluded at the National Art Gallery located in Kamalamai Municipality-3, Sindhuli.

Under the theme ‘Madhesh to Mahabharat, Blessings to All for Good Health’, a group of 25 individuals, including Pokharel, participated in cultural activities at the art gallery. The organizer of the program, Subodh Kattel, highlighted that the primary goal of the journey was to promote the preservation and advancement of traditional art and culture. “Our aim is to create a healthy environment by integrating culture with tourism,” he mentioned.

The highlight of the event was Pokharel’s unique motorcycle journey, where he had previously undertaken the Mechi-Mahakali Ultimate Cycling Journey in 2063 B.S., delivering a message of peace. He had been practicing riding motorcycles upside down for several years. Pokharel, a professional health worker, is also a singer with over half a dozen songs recorded. Currently, he is striving to register his name in the Guinness Book of World Records through his unusual journey.

The program was organized by Bardibas Municipality, with active support from the Gaurivas Youth Club in partnership with Ward No. 1 and 3 of Bardibas Municipality.

**Opinion from Ramesh Khatri, Kansai Nepal News Representative:**
“Jeevanath Pokharel’s initiative to combine art, culture, and health in a unique motorcycle journey is commendable. Such endeavors not only promote traditional values but also inspire communities towards a healthier lifestyle. It is a creative way to engage people in preserving our cultural heritage while promoting well-being.”
