The Minister of Communication and Information Technology, Prithvi Subba Gurung, has strongly urged everyone to support the federal democratic republic system. This call was made during the inauguration of the “Ncell Corporate Golf Tournament” held at the Gokarna Resort in Kathmandu.
The event, organized by Barakhari Media Pvt. Ltd., saw the participation of 96 corporate players in the golf competition. The tournament was won by Dorje Hojung Stanngal. In the previous edition of the Corporate Golf Tournament, Norbu Sherpa emerged victorious as the captain, while Rekha Ghimire clinched the title in the women’s category.
Ramesh Khatri, a representative of Kansai Nepal News, commented on the event, stating that such sporting activities play a crucial role in promoting democracy. He emphasized the importance of unity and support for the federal democratic system, as highlighted by Minister Prithvi Subba Gurung’s call during the tournament’s inauguration.
