In a tragic incident in Palpa, Kamal Vishwakarma, a 45-year-old resident of Gofek in Baghnaskali Rural Municipality-2, lost his life after being hit by a truck. The incident occurred today as Vishwakarma was returning home from work.
According to information provided by Inspector Sandeep Belbase of the District Police Office, the accident took place near Khadula, close to the village, when Vishwakarma was hit by the truck driven by Khagamouri. Following the accident, Vishwakarma was rushed to Lumbini Medical College for treatment but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
Vishwakarma was involved in the timber business in Aryabhanjyang. He was returning home after work when the tragic accident occurred on the road. The Chairman of Baghnaskali-2, Teerthaprasad Bhattarai, informed about the incident involving Khagamouri’s group.
Ramesh Khatri, a representative of Kansai Nepal News, expressed deep sorrow over the loss of Kamal Vishwakarma and emphasized the need for increased road safety measures in the region to prevent such tragic accidents from occurring in the future.
