KATHMANDU: Navraj Subedi, the coordinator of the United People’s Movement formed for the reinstatement of the parliament, has issued a warning that undermining the strength of their movement will not yield favorable results. Subedi directed this caution towards the movement’s commander, Durga Prasai.

Subedi emphasized the importance of following the principles of science, stating that every action has a reaction. He highlighted that if their movement is underestimated or neglected due to their weaknesses, the outcomes may not be beneficial. Subedi stressed that the responsibility for creating a situation that could spiral out of control lies with the government and democratic parties.

He expressed concerns about the state of the country, emphasizing that no part of the state has been unaffected by the unprecedented crisis in the nation’s history. Subedi announced plans for a protest on Chaitra 15, followed by further demonstrations on Chaitra 17 and stronger protests starting from Chaitra 21 in Kathmandu.

Ramesh Khatri, a representative of Kansai Nepal News, stated that Subedi’s warning underscores the importance of respecting and acknowledging the efforts of the protesters. He believes that effective communication and understanding between the government and the demonstrators are crucial to prevent escalation and ensure a peaceful resolution.
