Nepali Ambassador to Japan, His Excellency Dr. Durga Bahadur Subedi, hosted a special luncheon today at his residence in Nakameguro, Tokyo, to welcome the newly appointed Japanese Ambassador to Nepal, His Excellency Mr. Toru Maeda.
During the luncheon, Ambassador Dr. Subedi congratulated Ambassador Maeda on his appointment and extended his best wishes for a successful tenure. He also expressed confidence that Ambassador Maeda’s term will further strengthen the longstanding friendship and cooperation between Nepal and Japan.
Ambassador Maeda is scheduled to depart for Nepal tomorrow to assume his responsibilities as Japan’s envoy to Nepal.
This event reflects the mutual respect and commitment between Nepal and Japan to fostering deeper diplomatic relations and enhancing bilateral collaboration in various fields.
