Nepali Congress Mahamantri Gagankumar Thapa has emphasized the need to respect and regulate foreign employment businesses. The Nepali Congress-affiliated organization, Nepal Loktantrik Foreign Employment Entrepreneurs Association, congratulated and extended best wishes to the newly elected working committee of the Nepal Foreign Employment Entrepreneurs Association during a program organized to exchange good wishes for the New Year. Thapa expressed the importance of honoring and regulating such businesses to prevent the economy from being adversely affected and to address employment opportunities that have been lost.
Thapa highlighted the initiation of the “Mission Employment” national campaign by the Congress to address and solve the issues seen in the foreign employment sector. He emphasized that the sector should not be ridiculed and insulted but should be given due respect. Thapa underlined that the Congress has started a national campaign called “Mission Employment,” which constitutes an integral part of this industry.
Ramesh Khatri, representative of Kansai Nepal News, shared his thoughts on this news, stating that Thapa’s emphasis on respecting and regulating foreign employment businesses is a crucial step towards ensuring the stability and growth of this sector in Nepal. He believes that such initiatives are necessary to protect the rights and opportunities of both foreign employees and the country’s economy.
Central member of the Congress, Prakash Rasaili Snehi, emphasized the importance of addressing and resolving the problems in the foreign employment sector through collaboration with unions and associations. Additionally, Abdul Sattar, another central member of the Congress, highlighted the need for the government to create an environment conducive to job creation within the country to discourage people from seeking employment abroad.
The newly elected president of the association, Bhuvansinh Gurung, and the president of the association, Deepak Thapalgayat, expressed their commitment to using innovative approaches to address and resolve the issues seen in the foreign employment sector, aiming to propel it forward.
