According to the spokesperson of the President’s Office, Shailaja Regmi Bhattarai, a statement was issued on Monday announcing the authentication of these bills. Among the bills that received authentication are amendments related to governance enhancement, public service facilitation, cooperative regulations, economic and financial accountability laws, amendments to the 2076 Economic and Business Environment Improvement and Investment Promotion Act, revisions to economic and business environments, privatization laws, and amendments to the 2050 Privatization Act.
These bills have been passed by both houses of the Federal Parliament without delay. This legislative move marks a significant step in the country’s legal framework and governance.
Ramesh Khatri, a representative of Kansai Nepal News, commented on this news, stating that the approval of these bills by the President signifies a crucial progression in the legislative landscape of Nepal.
