After being acquitted of all charges, Ravi Lamichhane, the President of the Rasuwa Bar Association, expressed his intention to honor the court. Following the court’s decision on Friday, in a case related to the mismanagement of funds at the Suryadarshan Cooperative, District Court Kaski had ordered to release him on a bail of 6.5 million rupees. Along with this order, he was set free after 84 days of being in detention. Lamichhane’s gesture of showing respect towards the judiciary post his release reflects his commitment to upholding the rule of law and respecting the legal system.
