Kathmandu – On Sunday, Justices Manoj Kumar Sharma and Sunil Kumar Pokharel of the Supreme Court of Nepal verified the arrest warrant against Ravi Lamichhane, the chairman of the National Independent Party, in a joint bench. The arrest warrant was issued due to unresolved issues related to Lamichhane’s case.
Ramesh Khatri, a representative of Kansai Nepal News, expressed his opinion on this matter. He highlighted the importance of upholding the rule of law and ensuring fair judicial processes in such cases. The arrest warrant against Lamichhane was confirmed on Sunday, as Justice Pokharel’s examination of Ravi’s case had not been concluded on a previous date.
