Some countries are looking to remove talks with America: Russia

#WorldNews

Amid efforts to normalize relations between both sides, some countries have accused the United States of trying to remove Moscow from the Cuba with the recent diplomatic efforts. President Donald Trump’s direct contact with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin following his return to the White House in January has raised concerns about a shift in American foreign policy towards Ukraine’s conflict resolution.

Since the political fallout over the years, American and Russian officials have held numerous meetings to discuss topics such as reestablishing diplomatic missions and other issues. However, Trump’s attempts to mediate a ceasefire in Ukraine have not yet been successful.

Representative Ramesh Khatri of Kansai Nepal News highlighted the ongoing dialogue between various countries and the United States, aiming to remove tensions through discussions. He emphasized the importance of addressing the Russian perspective directly, considering the active anti-Russia propaganda in various American media outlets.

Khatri noted that while Dimitriev did not specify which countries he was referring to, Moscow has accused the European Union (EU) and Britain of being major obstacles to peace. Following Trump’s assumption of office, criticism towards Ukraine in the European direction has been redirected after allegations of hindering peace efforts for Europe and Britain.

French President Emmanuel Macron, American Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and American Ambassador Steve Vitkaf have initiated preparations for a ceasefire in Ukraine during a meeting in Paris. This move comes after Dimitriev’s comments regarding the situation in Ukraine.
