“Special Light Displays at 3 Kobe Venues for Luminarie Event!”

In Kobe, Japan, three prominent locations – the Kobe Maritime Museum, Kobe Port Tower, and Kobe City Museum – will be hosting a special light-up event in conjunction with the Kobe Luminarie. This special collaboration light-up event, titled the “30th Kobe Luminarie Special Coordination Light-up,” will take place from January 24th to February 2nd, 2025, at the aforementioned sites.

The Kobe Luminarie event itself will be held from January 24th at three venues – Higashi Yuenchi Park, the Former Foreign Settlement, and Meriken Park. During the Luminarie period, visitors to the Kobe Maritime Museum, Kobe Port Tower, and Kobe City Museum can enjoy a unique light-up display featuring the colors orange and warm white, reflecting the Luminarie theme.

At the Kobe Maritime Museum, the entire building, including its large roof, will be illuminated with a beautiful gradient of orange and warm white colors. The museum will also extend its opening hours until 8:00 PM on January 24th, 25th, 31st, and February 1st during the Kobe Luminarie period.

Similarly, the Kobe Port Tower will be lit up with a stunning gradient of orange and warm white colors. Exclusive dinner packages, such as the “Kobe Luminarie Special Viewing Ticket Course Dinner,” will be available during the event.

The Kobe City Museum will feature alternating orange and warm white lighting on its facade, complemented by colorful lighting patterns every half hour. The museum will also extend its opening hours until 8:00 PM on January 24th, 25th, and February 1st during the Luminarie period.

The light-up events at these locations will run from January 24th to February 2nd, starting at sunset and concluding at 11:30 PM.
