In the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine, discussions regarding a partial ceasefire were initiated between American and Ukrainian officials in Saudi Arabia on Sunday. Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustam Umurov disclosed that talks with American counterparts have commenced in Riyadh. He mentioned on Facebook, “We have started discussions with the American delegation in Riyadh. The agenda includes proposals to safeguard energy facilities and critical infrastructure.”
