In Kathmandu, a case has been filed in a special court against the former chief of the traffic police office in Rolpa. The case was filed on Thursday by the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) against Deputy Inspector Lalit Kumar Budhathoki, who was arrested on Wednesday with a bribe in the second week of December.
