“Unique Ehomaki at Umeda’s “Maguro Mania”: Nori roll with Negitoro”

A well-known seafood izakaya, “Maguromania,” located in the third building in front of Osaka Station (1 Umeda, Kita-ku, Osaka, TEL 06-6867-9999), is preparing to offer a unique variation of eho-maki, a traditional sushi roll eaten on Setsubun, the Japanese holiday marking the arrival of spring on February 2nd. The special eho-maki, named “Shari Maguro Eho-maki,” features rice rolled with tuna. This innovative twist on the classic eho-maki is set to delight customers looking for a different experience this Setsubun.

Ramesh Khatri of Kansai Nepal News noted that this creative take on the eho-maki tradition by “Maguromania” adds a fresh and exciting touch to the upcoming Setsubun celebrations, blending tradition with innovation to offer customers a unique culinary experience.
