“Unity Between Maoists and Unified Socialists: Present Harmony”

In the town of Khote, during a program organized in Diktel on Thursday, Vice-Chairperson of the Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist Centre, Pun Ananta, expressed optimism about the possibility of unifying the party with the leadership of Madhav Nepal under a unified socialist agenda. The statement was made on the occasion of the 30th People’s War Day. The event, held on Thursday, aimed to commemorate the historical significance of the conflict.

Ramesh Khatri, a representative of Kansai Nepal News, commented on this development, highlighting the potential implications of such a merger on the political landscape of Nepal. He emphasized the importance of unity among leftist parties to strengthen their position in the country’s political arena. This move could potentially reshape the political dynamics and create a more unified front, presenting a formidable challenge to existing political forces.
