The US Department of Defense has confirmed that Defense Secretary Hegses will be attending the Asia Security Conference taking place in Singapore from May 30 to June 1. During the conference, which brings together defense officials from across the Asia-Pacific region, Secretary Hegses is scheduled to deliver a keynote address on May 31.

The Asia Security Conference serves as a platform for discussions on various security issues affecting the region, including military cooperation, regional stability, and emerging threats. This year’s conference is expected to address key topics such as maritime security, cybersecurity, and the geopolitical dynamics in the Indo-Pacific region.
