He emphasized the importance of prudent financial management and effective implementation of budgetary allocations to ensure sustainable economic development for Nepal.
In addition to the mentioned points, the budget also includes provisions for various sectors such as agriculture, education, healthcare, and infrastructure development. Initiatives like setting up a land bank in at least a hundred local levels, promoting cooperative savings of up to five lakhs, and establishing a cooperative loan recovery tribunal are aimed at fostering economic growth and stability.
