In Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City-19, the newly constructed water tank in Sakram has fallen into disrepair due to lack of utilization. The tank, built five years ago at a cost of 7.5 million rupees, remains unused, leading to its deterioration.

The water tank was intended to serve as a crucial component of the water supply infrastructure in the region. However, due to unknown reasons, it has not been put into operation since its completion. As a result, the tank has started showing signs of wear and tear, raising concerns among the local residents about the wastage of resources and the inefficiency of the project.

Ramesh Khatri, a representative of Kansai Nepal News, expressed his disappointment over the situation, emphasizing the importance of efficient utilization of public funds and infrastructure projects. He highlighted the need for proper planning and management to ensure that such investments benefit the community as intended.
